Elaine Luo, MEd
Elaine (she/her) is a fifth-year PhD candidate in School Psychology at the UC Berkeley School of Education. She earned her Master of Education in Human Development and Psychology from the Harvard Graduate School of Education before beginning her doctoral studies. Elaine has extensive experience in neuropsychological and psychoeducational assessments, gained under supervision in diverse settings, including school districts, a children’s hospital, and a university-based mental health clinic.
As an adolescent development researcher, Elaine has published several research articles focused on adolescent well-being and development. Currently, she serves as a school psychology intern in an urban school district, where she provides psychotherapy and conducts comprehensive psychoeducational assessments for school-aged children.
Elaine will graduate from UC Berkeley in May 2025 and is excited to join a public state university as an assistant professor in school psychology starting in Fall 2025.
Elaine will be available for assessment services beginning in June 2025.
